Showcase Rehearsal Schedule — Fri, June 5
Arrival blocks (sign-in) + group warm-ups + bows
Here is the rehearsal schedule for Friday, June 5. Please read carefully and arrive 10–15 minutes before your arrival block.
- Sign in / sign out: A parent/guardian must sign dancers in and out at the table outside the rehearsal room.
- Warm-up expectations: Warm-ups start right after each sign-in block (so please don’t arrive at the end of your sign-in window).
- What to wear: Costume, performance footwear, hair pulled back, bring a water bottle.
- Rehearsal room set up: Dancers may bring bags/costumes/snacks/water to keep in the rehearsal room. Company dancers will be assigned a dressing room.
Show Day (Sat, June 6):
Company dancers arrive: 3:00 PM
All other dancers arrive: 3:30 PM
Please arrive with hair and makeup done.

Release times are best estimates based on the rehearsal flow. Thank you for flexibility and for arriving early enough to avoid missing warm-up.

Families for Mini/Pre‑K are dismissed after this is complete. -
Full-cast bows rehearsal (older classes + teams + finale)
5:55–6:03 PM (quick run)
Call time: all dancers participating in full-cast bows must be back by 5:40 PM.
What we’ll rehearse (quick + organized):
- Final lineup order
- Walk-on pattern + spacing
- Bow cue + timing
- Exit plan
Note: BRING COSTUMES TO REHEARSAL, WE WILL BE RUNNING DRESS REHEARSAL IN COSTUME! Dancers can leave costumes in dressing room overnight, there will be racks designated to do so and the rooms will be locked.
